ABOUT OUR CLASS

We are a fifth grade class of 22 students from South Carolina. We have lots of fun in our class and want to share all that we do with everyone.

Tuesday 8/24
This morning we had our super good breakfast. Then our teacher, Ms. Malone, looked at our homework and we went over it. We all got them right. Then we started reading our chapter book Buttermilk Hill by Ruth White. All of us love it, and we think it is the best book ever. Next was social studies, and we had to write notes for chapter 11: The U.S. Today. We had a lot to write. Then we went to recess and then to lunch. It was awesome....mmmmm cheeseburgers! We changed classes for enrichment and then we had science. For science, we reviewed the parts of the cell and then made a cell out of food and then we got to eat it all up. What an awesome day!

Parts of cell:
dessert cup ~ cell membrane
cool whip ~ cytoplasm
strawberry ~ nucleus
blueberries ~ vacuoles
